Rules are as follows:
Momorat is semi-limited
Drancia and Dimensional Barrier are banned

Remember this is meant to be a fun tournament and so, common courtesy is asked of all participants. Please don't be an annoying person who just makes an ultra stun deck. We're all trying to have fun, and the joke is to find scrubby, unused monsters that put your opponent in a really weird spot to make a deck. So shut down competative mode and just try to enjoy yourself and have fun with others o/
