This will be the Rebirth Tournament for Black Rose Academy. Anyone can join, anyone is welcome. Just make sure to be able to commit to it, not that you're in and then you're never on to actually duel.
Ok, so how this is gonna go down, is we'll get 16 competitors, no more, no less. Those will be distributed over 4 groups, 4 man per group. Round of those groups will then be presented, each round lasting 3 days total at max, to give people the time to find their opponent and get their match done. If by the end a match hasn't been done, Staff will decide on whether it becomes a tie, or one of the two will get the win for the other person never showing up.
After the group phase, from which every group will provide the top 2 of each group to the final stage, a Single Elimination will ensue. There, all 8 duelists from the group stage that advanced, will go into an all or nothing showdown.
Rules:
- TCG/OCG Format, most recent YGOpro and DevPro Banlist.
- No Deck banlist. All are allowed.
- Each round will be open for 3 days before closing. Matches not completed within the time frame will result in a tie or loss, depending on the situation.
- Match format [Best of 3] will be played, siding allowed.
- If a player DC's within a match, it is counted as a game loss. If the player doesn't return within 15 minutes, it will result in a match loss for the DC'd player.
- If a player harasses someone in a match or displays any other kind of offensive conduct, that player will be given a match loss, and possibly be removed from the Tournament, depending on the severity of their misbehavior.
