Deck Build: 5/10 If you're running Andal, I suggest running Rescue Rabbit as well. He makes instant Rank 4's. Very useful. Aside from that, 3 Proving Grounds is overkill, considering you already run 3 Tenki, might suggest running Waboku, and Onslaught doesn't help that much, aside from simply summoning Laquari as Rank 4 fodder.

Use of cards: 3/5 Used his cards fairly. Forgot to use Tiger King to get over 101, but in general used it fairly.
Siding skills: 0/5 Didn't side.
Performance: 6/10 In general he did fair. I wasn't really impressed, nor did I really feel threatened at any point by any superior plays. Though he did win the match 2-1, first testee so far to have done that, it was mostly due to a horrible hand game 3. Regardless of all that, he didn't make many major mistakes.
